The cottage, part of a stone barn conversion, stands in the landscaped grounds of 16th Century Kenegie Manor. Arranged on 3 levels the cottage enjoys panoramic views over open countryside yet is close to all amenities being only 1 mile from Penzance and a similar distance from the sandy beaches at Marazion A 20 minute drive takes you to St Ives where you can surf, sunbathe, stroll around the old harbour and cobbled streets or take a look at the new Tate Gallery. Further west towards Land’s end there are more sandy beaches at Sennen Cove and some spectacular scenery along the way.
